jeste, rekoh na početku da me je privukla ta fora da ideš, pucaš po demonima i ne razmišljaš previše ali ipak mislim da su mogli da diverzifikuju malo to, na bilo koji način. ovako imam trip kao kad sam ušao u Assasins Creed 1 gde je sve osim izgleda nivoa apsolutno identično.

hm, to je ona "svetu se ne može ugoditi" - eno tamo kuknjava opšta što quake champions ima klase a nije default shooter kao pre.

meni lično baš odgovara to što su copy/pasteovali doom od pre, da malo odmorim od "rpg elemenata".

pa i ovde ima rpg elemenata, budže se puške, skillovi i one rune ili kako se već zove ali ne pričam o tome.
pričam da su mogli da zadrže stari trip dooma ali da se malo potvrde da učine to zanimljivijim. ovako imamo izbor od nekoliko demona (eto na primer, mogli su da naprave neke zajebanije demone, ja sam očekivao da ću ih "otkrivati" iz nivoa u nivo ali posle par nivoa mrka kapa), možda malo zahtevniji dizajn nivoa što se tiče kretanja, itd.

Verovatno si u pravu u određenoj meri, ali ja jednostavno ne mogu da razmišljam na taj način jer mi je novi doom baš lepo leg'o, taman kako treba :)

Da mi je nešto zasmetalo, verovatno bih krenuo u dublje razmišljanje kao ti.

in other news, nakacim se sinoc na doomseeker, zabodem random coop survival mapu neku, u njoj 2 nenormalna lika, pikali smo zajedno svi jedno 3h mapu i nismo je jebeno presli, evo screen iz poslednje prostorije  xD

SteamSpy indicates that the Windows edition of DOOM has sold more than one million copies on Steam (thanks DSOGaming). A QuakeCon sale-inspired surge last week appears responsible. They report the Steam version is now owned by 1,002,067 players.

A group of talented Doom modders has taken the 2016's Doom's opening level and recreated it in Doom 2's engine.

It's quite the technical feat, and also serves to demonstrate just how true to the classic this year's Doom really is – it works as a classic Doom level. The video appears on dbthanatos on YouTube but the mod was put together by a group of six and took a couple weeks to build.

Simpa je ovaj mod... al da vidite one 2 nove Romerove mape za originalni DOOM.... jebena magija koliko je dobro...

vudu car, pre pola sata sam naleteo na članak i pročitao ga celog i hteo linkovati.

ovaj deo sa cubemap refleksijama mi je bio skroz zanimljiv

Static Cubemap Reflections

After all the dynamic reflections of the previous pass (and their limitations) now come the static reflections using IBL. 
The technique is based on pre-generated 128 x 128 cubemaps representing the environment lighting information at different locations of the map, they are also called “environment probes”. Exactly like the lights and decals we saw previously during the frustum clusterization, probes are also indexed the same way for each cluster.
