Za pocetnike. Obavezne vezbe -> CUCANJ, BENCH, ZGIBOVI, POTISAK ZA RAMENA i neki oblik veslanja (po meni najbolje sa kablovima na lat masini ako ima), eventualno mrtva dizanja mada ja ih ne radim jer sam picka i numem da radim pravilno.

Znaci to su fundamentalne vezbe koje donose najvise razultata.

My bad. Mislio sam na trbušnjake ;)

Zgibovi su sjajna vežba, mada većina ljudi koja počinje ne može baš da radi odmah zgibove. Treba neko vreme da prodje dok ne ojačaju mišići malo :)

Potisak za ramena dosta ljudi izbegava, ne znam zašto, a vežba je ekstremno dobra! :D

ko bi, po vama, trebalo da bude poznat i javna ličnost, a nije, iz ovog ili onog razloga?

evo, ja ću za početak navesti dvojicu: kojot i gruja.

decko ima 15 godina :) stvarno ne vidim sta on ima da trazi u teretani :)

realno, ko što vudu kaže ostavi teretanu za 18-19 godinu

pogledaj malo na šta liče ovi likovi koji drže ove sajtove pa se zapitaj da l su im saveti baš toliko dobri.

ovaj drugi lik ima 50 godina i vec 30 se bavi bodibildingom, da je prso jeste, al pre cu njegove savete da poslusam nego nekog random batice iz teretane :D

a ovaj prvi sam okacio jer je dobar pregled koje vezbe pogadjaju koje misice
